New dining and entertainment venue will house the nation’s most advanced golf and interactive gaming simulator, offering fun, interactive social gatherings or private practice sessions

Atlanta, GA (August 15, 2019)– Delaware North, in partnership with The Battery Atlanta and Braves Development Company, today announced plans to open “Good Game,” powered by Topgolf Swing Suite, later this year in The Battery Atlanta. Good Game is a distinctive dining and entertainment concept developed by Delaware North that offers Topgolf’s Swing Suite virtual simulator bays in a fun and interactive atmosphere.

Good Game will encompass 7,500 square feet within The Battery Atlanta and will house seven Topgolf Swing Suite simulator bays, where up to eight people per bay can play, eat and socialize in a comfortable lounge setting. The restaurant also features an expansive bar and dining area with a diverse menu featuring elevated bar foods and hand-crafted dishes made from fresh, regional ingredients. The bar will feature custom cocktails and an array of bottled and draft beers, including rotating seasonal options and local brews.

“This is an exciting new venture for us, as we combine our hospitality expertise with the excitement of Topgolf’s Swing Suite technology to create a new restaurant experience,” said Jerry Jacobs Jr., Co-CEO of Delaware North. “The Battery Atlanta provides the perfect environment for Good Game with its array of attractions and year-round events. We look forward to adding to this energy and giving guests an unmatched experience at Good Game.”

“We are thrilled to welcome Good Game to The Battery Atlanta,” said Mike Plant, president and CEO of Braves Development Company. “The Battery Atlanta continues to establish itself as a premier destination for Braves baseball, food, music and entertainment. Good Game brings yet another one-of-a-kind social experience that's fun for non-golfers and golfers alike.”

The Topgolf Swing Suite bays offer a variety of virtual games – including the popular Topgolf target game, Zombie Dodgeball, Hockey Shots, Baseball Pitching, Carnival Classic and more. The spaces will be available to rent for social and business gatherings, including birthday and bachelorette/bachelor parties, team building events, corporate meetings and more.

“We are proud to team with Delaware North and The Battery Atlanta to provide a new kind of interactive social experience that will entertain visitors of all ages and skill levels in Atlanta,” said Topgolf Swing Suite President Ron Powers. “Powered by industry-leading Full Swing simulators, games are designed for both non-golfers and golfers alike, so everyone can have a great time.”
